Located near shopping and transportation in a good neighborhood, close to the intersection of Peck Rd. and Lower Azusa Rd. Share spacious bedrooms with plenty of dresser and closet space. Two living rooms and 2 kitchens (both fully stocked & with 4 new refrigerators). Big screen HD/TV with DVD and full cable. Cable TV/DVD and DSL hookup in all the bedrooms. House phone and internet computer. Laundry facilities. Exceptionally well furnished and clean. Plenty of parking. Visitors OK. Rent fees include: paper supplies, toilet paper, coffee & coffee bar area, hot & cold breakfast cereals, cleaning supplies and more. Bed linens provided if needed. Nice yard with private, serene back yard and barbecue. Weights. Rec room with pool table.
